A taverna devoted to good meat in Ysternia, on what To Vima calls one of the most beautiful balconies of the island, run for the past three years by Giannis Nikolaou with his childhood friend, the cook Thodoris Choundasis. To Vima (August 2026) says they cook with a wood oven, never use a microwave and even reheat over wood; ingredients come almost entirely from Tinos producers, including meat from the Kouroupa farm, the goat pasta (katsikomakaronada) is the dish nearly everyone orders, and the wines are mainly from Tinos and Cycladic wineries.
